Beginning July 1, 2001 dealers will need to provide a privacy notice to all customers with whom the have a continuing relationship, and to all new customers.
This notification is required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC 16 CFR Part 313) as compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
